In addition, the standard size of the powerful mixing head is 1.5m wide and 0.75m in diameter. The unique Y shape design allows it to be easily inserted into the soil even in hard geology; the two-way rotation function ensures that it will not be sucked by the mud during deep mixing, improving the efficiency and safety of the mixing operation. The distance between the left and right reamer blades at the middle angle is only 1 cm, eliminating the mixing blind area, ensuring the uniform mixing of mud and materials such as curing agent, effectively reducing the water content, viscosity and rheology of the mud, and meeting the strict requirements of various mud solidification disposal and landfill processes. ​

With the hydraulic system of the excavator as the power source, the hydraulic power directly drives the mixing roller through the star gear reduction mechanism, with high transmission efficiency. There is no need to transport the soft soil of the foundation, which greatly reduces the material transportation volume and the construction site transportation volume, while reducing the compaction workload, reducing the project operation cost from multiple links, and realizing energy-saving and environmentally friendly construction. ​
