The hydraulic motor drives the eccentric main shaft through the spline shaft, and the eccentric shaft drives the movable jaw to move up and down. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the top plate and the movable jaw increases, the wedge-shaped space of the feed port increases, and large pieces of material enter under the action of gravity; when the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed jaw plate, the wedge-shaped space of the feed port becomes smaller, and the material is subjected to multiple crushing such as squeezing, rubbing, and grinding; when the movable jaw descends, the angle between the top plate and the movable jaw decreases, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring, and the crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. This crushing method can effectively crush large pieces of material such as construction waste and stone, and provide materials of suitable particle size for subsequent recycling. ​

Screening bucket​

The screening bucket can be flexibly adapted to excavators and loaders. It screens and grades materials through a specific screening structure. The distance between the small angle between the left and right reamer blades is only 1 cm, ensuring that there is no blind spot in mixing. When working, the automatic torque adjustment valve can automatically adjust the power output of the two hydraulic motors located in the roller according to different working conditions to ensure efficient and stable mixing operations. At the same time, the roller speed and temperature sensors and oil leakage detection sensors allow the operator to accurately control the operating status of the equipment in the cab. 2.Construction waste treatment​
