Impact crusher is a very classic equipment in the large family of crushing equipment, which is similar to the working principle of the traditional hammer crusher. The main difference between the two is that the hammer of the impact crusher is to meet the input material from the bottom up, and throw the material to the impact plate above, while the hammer head of the hammer crusher hits the material in the direction of the falling material.
In order to ensure the continuous operation of the impact crusher in the sand and gravel production line and extend the service life of the equipment, the user should carry out regular maintenance and maintenance. After the new machine is put into operation, a comprehensive inspection of the counterattack must be carried out after the work of each shift is completed. A comprehensive inspection of the motor and lubrication of the impact breaker should be carried out once a week after operation. The inspection content includes the fastening of fixed parts, belt drive, bearing seal, impact lining, wear of the lining plate, etc., and establish a regular maintenance and replacement system in combination with the maintenance cycle.

In the same project, in the free crushing stage of the screening crushing bucket, when the material enters the crushing chamber, it will immediately be subjected to the impact of the high-speed plate hammer and the mutual impact between the materials, and at the same time, the friction between the plate hammer and the material and the material, so that the material in the crushing chamber is crushed.
Due to the impact of the plate hammer on the rotor rotating at high speed, the material will obtain a high movement speed, and then hit the impact plate, so that the material can be further crushed, which is the rebound crushing stage. Finally, there is the grinding and crushing stage, after the above two crushing actions, the material that is not crushed and larger than the size of the discharge port is ground and broken by a high-speed rotating hammer at the discharge port.
Routine maintenance usually includes: adjustment of the clearance between the rotor and the impact liner of the impact crusher, timely replacement of wearing parts, regular inspection of the plate bar, liner and bearing temperature.
