Tools required: excavator table, tool box, hydraulic breaker, high-pressure hose, chisel rod, grease gun, installation method and steps:
1. Disassemble the pin pin sleeve on the bucket and put it aside for later use.
2. Use a grease gun to pour butter into the drill rod hole sleeve of the excavator crushing bucket, install the drill rod, and nail the bolt.
3. Put the front sleeve of the excavator small arm between the ear plates of the shell of the excavator crushing bucket, install the pin pin sleeve, control the excavator small arm to lift the crushing bucket, put down the "cow bone" of the small arm, and install the pin pin sleeve of another part.
4. Use two high-pressure hoses to connect the hydraulic oil pipe on the small arm and the middle cylinder of the crushing bucket, tighten the bolts, and open the valve of the hydraulic oil pipe on the small arm.
5. After the installation is completed, the test machine is carried out, the overall situation of the operation is checked, and the appropriate adjustment is made.
