1. The crushing bucket should be stored in a place where the temperature difference does not change much, and pay attention to moisture and rainproof.
2. The steel drill should be removed and the internal nitrogen (N2) should be released to facilitate the piston to enter the cylinder (to prevent the piston from rusting).
3. The end of the piston should be coated with butter or rust inhibitor, and the steel drill and bushing should be coated with rust inhibitor.
4. When lubrication is not possible, the steel drill must be retracted to facilitate the piston to enter the cylinder.
5. The joint connecting the excavator/loader and the main parts should be sealed with the joint cap to prevent dust from entering the tubing.
6. The crushing bucket should be placed vertically, if it cannot be realized, the crushing bucket should be placed on the flat ground of the wooden strips.
The crushing mode of the crushing bucket is the bending extrusion type, the hydraulic motor drives the eccentric spindle through the spline shaft, and the moving jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft, when the moving jaw rises, the angle between the roof and the moving jaw becomes larger, the wedge-shaped space of the feed port becomes larger, the large material moves downward under the action of gravity, when the moving jaw plate approaches the fixed plate, the wedge-shaped space of the feed port becomes smaller, and the material is squeezed, rubbed, and crushed multiple times; At the same time, when the moving jaw goes down, the angle between the roof plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller, and the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring, and the crushed material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing cavity at this time, and with the continuous rotation of the hydraulic motor, the crushing bucket moving jaw is periodically crushed and discharged.
