1. Disassemble the pin pin sleeve on the bucket and put it aside for later use.
2. Put the front sleeve of the excavator small arm into the shell of the excavator crushing bucket between the ear plates, install the pin pin sleeve, manipulate the excavator small arm, lift the crushing bucket, put down the "cow bone" of the small arm, and install the other part of the pin pin sleeve.
3. Use two high-pressure hoses to connect the hydraulic oil pipe on the small arm and the middle cylinder of the crushing bucket, tighten the bolts, and open the valve of the hydraulic oil pipe on the small arm.
4. After the installation is completed, the test machine is carried out, the overall situation of the operation is checked, and the appropriate adjustment is made.
In addition, it should be noted that in the process of replacing the excavator crushing bucket, because the hydraulic pipeline is easily polluted, it is necessary to use an internal thread plug to block the pipeline, in order to prevent it from being polluted by dust and avoid the contamination of the hydraulic oil.
