Product Features

Firstly, it achieves efficient synergy between dredging and solidification. The system integrates a spiral dredging head and a dual-shaft mixing solidification chamber. The dredging head adopts a biomimetic tooth-shaped design, allowing it to reach depths of up to 10 meters into the silt layer at the bottom of the reservoir, achieving comprehensive silt removal. The silt is then directly delivered to the solidification chamber through a closed pipeline, eliminating intermediate transfer links and improving the efficiency of dredging and solidification integration by 40%.

Secondly, the solidifying agent is precisely matched. Equipped with an intelligent mixing system, it automatically adjusts the mixing ratio of cement, lime, and biological amendments based on the moisture content (50%-90%) and organic matter content of the reservoir silt, adapting to different types of silt such as clay and humus, ensuring stable solidification results.

Thirdly, it features low-disturbance operation. The dredging head operates at a speed controlled between 15-25 r/min, and with a flexible sealing structure, it minimizes disturbance to the reservoir water, preventing silt diffusion and water pollution. No wastewater is discharged during the solidification process, meeting reservoir ecological protection requirements.

Fourthly, it is modular and easily movable. The system's main body adopts a container design, allowing for rapid deployment on the reservoir bank or temporary work platforms via hoisting, eliminating the need for large-scale site leveling and adapting to complex terrain around the reservoir.

Advantages

Firstly, it boasts outstanding safety and stability. The solidified silt achieves a compressive strength of 1.2-2.5 MPa, 3-5 times higher than traditional sun-drying treatment. The permeability coefficient of the solidified body is below 10⁻⁷ cm/s, effectively blocking seepage channels and reducing the risk of piping when used for dam reinforcement. The intelligent monitoring module provides real-time feedback on the strength of the solidified body and dam displacement data, offering a basis for safety decisions.

Secondly, it offers dual optimization of cost and resource efficiency. The solidified silt volume is reduced by more than 60%, reducing land occupation costs associated with silt stockpiling.

Furthermore, the solidified body can be directly used for dike construction and flood control road building, turning waste into treasure, reducing costs by 50% compared to landfilling. The system's energy consumption is 20% lower than traditional equipment, demonstrating significant long-term economic benefits.

Finally, it exhibits good ecological compatibility. The selected biological amendment promotes microbial activity in the silt, reduces the migration of heavy metal ions, and allows for rapid revegetation of the solidified area, avoiding secondary ecological damage.

Applications

In large-scale reservoir dredging scenarios, for small reservoirs in hilly areas of southern China with severe siltation, the system can centrally treat soft silt containing humus, solidify it, and directly fill depressions in the reservoir area to restore effective storage capacity. For clayey silt in plain reservoirs in northern China, the system solves the problem of strong silt adhesion and difficulty in treatment by precisely proportioning the solidifying agent, ensuring improved water storage capacity of the reservoir after dredging.

In dam reinforcement projects, to address the seepage problem on the back slope of earth-rock dams, the system mixes the dam foundation silt with the solidifying agent to form an anti-seepage wall, blocking seepage paths. In the treatment of siltation on the abutment of concrete dams, the solidified silt can be used as backfill material to enhance the stability of the dam body and the mountain.

In addition, in reservoir ecological restoration scenarios, such as the treatment of eutrophic reservoirs, the system adds phosphorus removal agents when solidifying silt, simultaneously reducing the nutrient content of the water body, and, in conjunction with the planting of aquatic plants, constructs a virtuous ecological cycle.
